EVIDENCE-GOVERNED INDUSTRIAL INTELLIGENCE

Better engineering decisions begin with better evidence.

From technology discovery to design, manufacturing and production learning — one traceable architecture built to preserve the reasoning behind industrial decisions.

Evidence → Decisions → Engineering → Production

Industrial decisions are made across systems. The evidence behind them rarely travels with them.

Research, standards, supplier information and engineering judgement are fragmented. Generic AI can summarize quickly, but a fluent answer is not a validated engineering decision. IIOS is designed to connect the evidence, uncertainty and authority boundaries across the workflow.

Four modules.
One connected intelligence chain.

Designed to complement existing ERP, PLM, CAD, MES and QMS environments — not replace them.

DIOS

Design Intelligence OS

Connects technology decisions to requirements, functional decomposition and traceable engineering definitions.

03 / ARCHITECTURE DEFINED↗

MIOS

Manufacturing Intelligence OS

Extends engineering definitions into standards-backed material selection, manufacturability analysis and process planning.

PIOS

Production Intelligence OS

Designed to connect production outcomes and quality evidence back to upstream decisions through validated learning.

Production evidenceLearning loop

Evidence is not optional.
Neither is uncertainty.

IIOS is designed around a simple boundary: AI can support industrial reasoning, but it does not become engineering authority merely by producing a convincing answer.

01

Source traceability

Material claims should retain their supporting sources and decision context.

02

Separate decision dimensions

Evidence strength, commercialization maturity and constraint compliance remain distinct.

03

Fail closed on weak evidence

Insufficient support should be made explicit, not hidden behind manufactured confidence.

Built in stages.
Validated before expansion.

01

TIOS technical development

Capabilities exercised on a real industrial corrosion use case. Historical runs are not represented as current production acceptance.

Demonstrated capabilities
02

Commercial v1.0 acceptance

Current integrated version undergoing end-to-end testing and acceptance.

In progress
03

Independent validation

Next objective: evaluate a fresh, independently defined industrial challenge against agreed criteria.

Planned
04

Commercial validation

First paid customer validation and recurring enterprise licensing remain future milestones.

Not yet achieved

TIOS is pre-commercial. DIOS, MIOS and PIOS are architecture-defined and are not represented as implemented products. No paying customers or external pilots are claimed.

Industrial experience.
Engineering-first thinking.

IIOS is a founder-led initiative developed by Cem Fadıllıoğlu, a mechanical engineer with professional experience spanning strategic procurement, quality, aerospace and industrial powertrain organizations.

The platform is being developed to address a recurring industrial problem: decisions lose their evidence, assumptions and rationale as they move between engineering and operational functions.
